Applies only to CMS Essentials and PPAs, not Essentials via SoftwareOne Marketplace with Billing Transfer
During the presales phase your SoftwareOne AWS specialist will determine the best suitable account model for your organisation, either:
End Customer Account Model (ECAM), or
Service Provider Account Model (SPAM).
