SoftwareOne Cloud Managed Services provides operational management support services for the following AWS services.

Incidents: All AWS Services (provided when SoftwareOne led support is selected in the Services Contract).

  • Incident support for all AWS Resources available in the AWS Portal and the AWS API

  • Troubleshooting operational or systemic problems with AWS resources

  • Troubleshoot problems detected by Health Checks

  • Recommendations for resolving issues

  • Escalate to AWS Support, issues that cannot be resolved by SoftwareOne

  • Case Management for escalations

Service Requests: All AWS Services (provided when SoftwareOne led support is selected in the Services Contract)

  • "How to" questions about all AWS services and features

  • Best practices to help successfully integrate, deploy, and manage AWS resources

Spend Management: All AWS Services.
